Adult Full Year Membership: 1/1/2011 – 12/31/2011 = $30.00
Adult Half Year Membership: 7/1/2011 – 12/31/2011 = $15.00
Youth Full Year Membership: 1/1/2011 – 12/31/2011 = $15.00
Youth Half Year Membership: 7/1/2011 – 12/31/2011 = $7.50
Non-Flyer Full Year Membership: 1/1/2011 - 12/31/2011 = $15.00

Youth memberships are for those under the age of 18 on date of joining club. Youth must still get AMA card which is $1.00 for those under 19.
